The Word Gratitude is taken from the Latin word Gratia, which means grace, graciousness, or gratefulness (depending on the context).

The experience of gratitude has historically been a focus of several world religions. It has also been a topic of interest to ancient, medieval, and modern philosophers.

The ultimate purpose of gratitude
Gratitude is a thanksgiving for whatever we receives from someone or vice-versa whether materially or abstractly. With gratitude, people remember the goodness in their lives. … Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, taste good experiences, improve their emotional health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships. Try to say these,
- Thank you for being a part of my life.
- Thank you for helping me.
- Thank you, God, for giving me whatever I have.
- Thank you so much for understanding me.
- Thank you so much for inviting me in your good times.
- Thank you for this delightful dinner, you made my day.
And etc.
