How to build a habit?

Remember the days when we were kids whatever for we insisted, we used to have it at any cost.

But as we grow older the habit of stubbornness gradually gone vanished.

We just need to have this stubbornness back in our life.

We need to assume ourself a warrior who is fighting with his own demo

Stubbornness of being super hygienic can turn you into a shining human being.

The stubbornness of the greater good can turn you into a super human with infinite possibilities.

The stubbornness of being on purpose can turn you into a man who respects time. And don’t forget that time is more precious than any other commodity in this universe.

The stubbornness of being stuck with your realistic dream can turn you into a man who has a purpose, and nothing is bigger than a true purpose of life.

So be stubborn for your greatest good, be stubborn for build good habits as you built bad ones.

If we are facing difficulty leaving our bad habits No problem but can’t we build a good habit? We should think, you give some days of your long life, in return, you’ll get a huge profit.

We should have the stubbornness or mentality of never giving up.

You can see people building the tendency of ignorance, avoidance, and egoism. We think or speak more and do less.

Building a habit is not an easy thing, there is too much patience, consistency behind every good habit. You will have to sacrifice your vows to be better than who you used to be.

We did talk about the morals and mindset about building a habit now let’s talk practically about it .

What should be our initiatives to building a new habit?

First of all we have to understand the nature of good habit and bad habit, and have to differentiate them.

Bad habit gives an instant satisfaction but good habits take time to build in, we have to understand that we can’t take shortcuts. we have to keep patience Here are some basic and modern rules to which will support your mindset in order to build a new habit.

Make a list of your overall activities you perform throughout the day. Let’s say you perform 10 activity in 24 hours ( sleeping 6-7 hrs, eating ( lunch and dinner 1 hrs ),yoga ( 1 hrs), teaching 5 hrs, excretion 1 hrs, wandering 2 hours, writing post 2 hours, learning chess for an hour, watching Netflix for 2 hours, reading vedas and about spirituality for 2 hrs.

Now divide your activities into two parts, 1st part is said to be Good investment and the other one will be called bad investment. Names are so because whether we perform any activity we invest our time, coz nothing is precious than time. You can’t get back time.

Plan your perfect day and try to stick with your schedule.

Perform 21 days rule: in this rule we will have to perform our new habit consistently for 21 days.

Find your spark that works as fuel for building a habit. Decide on your own what makes you energetic or enthusiastic especially when you are under pressure. E.g it could be your favorite music track, it could be your sports or like that but please Don’t choose your spark on the basis of short-term pleasures for the sake of peace, take the path where you could get real joy and happiness.

When we are about to building a new good habit, the most common hurdle in our way that we do not show consistency, or we want to do it perfect in first try. But we always forget that perfection comes with consistent practice. and here I want to say that you have to put you goal at top of all. We have to perform the activity at any how for one month. You can say 30 days of hell to get your paradise.

Decrease your waking time gradually If you are not an early riser otherwise it will be going to hard for us to make a good habit a part of our life, although it is not impossible if we are disciplined and determined.

It is very important to back yourself or your decisions especially when you are not matching you goal. Never say to yourself that I am weak, don’t curse yourself, don’t lose hope from yourself, don’t let yourself break. Mens of God never say I can’t do it even if they failed thousands of time.

Now we just have to look that where are we wasting our time. we have to eliminate our bad investments one by one and replace them with our new, good ones.

We must need to break our own comfort zone again and again so that we could use our mechanism with maximum efficiency.

Track yourself # organize your day # act according to plan and forget the rest on the lord, nothing you can do more than that.
