Karma yoga is not an exercise like hath yoga that we execute. It is an ideology or principle. According to this mindset, we should do our work or take actions with consistency without thinking about the result.It is like the show must go on, no matter what the consequences we face.

कर्म योग हठ योग जैसा व्यायाम नहीं है जिसे हम करते हैं।  यह एक विचारधारा या सिद्धांत है।  इस मानसिकता के अनुसार हमें अपना काम करना चाहिए या परिणाम के बारे में सोचे बिना निरंतरता के साथ कार्य करना चाहिए|

let’s see what Lord Krishna (An Indian deity and incarnation of Lord Vishnu) says about karma yoga through the ancient scripture Bhagwat Geeta.

आइए देखें कि प्राचीन ग्रंथ भगवत गीता के माध्यम से भगवान कृष्ण (एक भारतीय देवता और भगवान विष्णु के अवतार) कर्म योग के बारे में क्या कहते हैं,

कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन। मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भुर्मा ते संगोऽस्त्वकर्मणि।।

तेरा कर्म करने में ही अधिकार है, उसके फलों में कभी नहीं। इसलिए तू कर्मों के फल हेतु मत हो तथा तेरी कर्म न करने में भी आसक्ति(लगाव)न हो! (You have the right only in doing your work, never in its fruits. That’s why don’t be for the fruits of your actions, and don’t have attachment even if you don’t do your actions.)

To understand the concept we can take the example of many famous and hard-working personalities who transformed their personal or professional life. for example, Virat Kohli was playing cricket after the other day when his father died, in fact he had a choice where he could stay with their family in the last moments of his father but he choose cricket and that was the perfect example of perfection and surrender toward his work.

इस अवधारणा को समझने के लिए हम कई प्रसिद्ध और मेहनती व्यक्तित्वों का उदाहरण ले सकते हैं जिन्होंने अपने व्यक्तिगत या व्यावसायिक जीवन को बदल दिया।  उदाहरण के लिए, विराट कोहली दूसरे दिन के बाद क्रिकेट खेल रहे थे जब उनके पिता की मृत्यु हो गई, वास्तव में उनके पास एक विकल्प था कि वह अपने पिता के अंतिम क्षणों में अपने परिवार के साथ रह सकें लेकिन उन्होंने क्रिकेट को चुना और यह समर्पण का आदर्श उदाहरण था।
