First of all, we have to understand that most of the time,  happiness and misery are created within ourselves. They are the outcomes of the internal functioning of our system hence, they can be controlled by us with some inner tools. We just need to learn about the tools. And to learn about the tools we just need to look at what is inside rather than look outside.

Whatever we feel or see outside is nothing but just a reflection of our inner world, whatever is inside, you will find outside whether dirt, envy, and fear, or clarity, bliss, and fearlessness.

The whole intention of this post is to shift the focus of ours toward ourselves from the outer happenings.

Breathing connects our soul to our body. It works like a bridge that is built between our body and soul. Breathing practices aka pranayama in yogic culture strengthen the coordination of our body with our life energy( soul ).
