What to do when life takes its toll ?

When it happens, it feels like why me? Why life is so rude with me? Why God is not listing to me? Why this and why that?

All the questions we ask when life plays hard with us are very relevant but the problem is that many of us don’t focus on the solutions. We just declare ourselves miserable so easily.

How did I overcome my inner weakness and self-doubts?

I had to shift my total focus inward rather than looking outward. I did ask some basic  relevant questions to myself  like ;

  1. What is the purpose of my life?
  2. What kind of life I want to live?
  3. How this human mechanism work?
  4. How to make my life better, beautiful and stronger?
  5. What are Time, money and energy? And how can I use them to make myself and my life amazing.
  6. How can I make my relationships better and stronger?

I wrote down the questions above on a sheet of paper and tried out to find the true answers with my whole heart and what I found that ;

If I had to change my life I had to change my thought process, my thought process was like an old software that was created by my surroundings and I needed to rewrite it with my own observations.

What I needed most at that particular period was a strong belief system unaffected by the fake rules and rituals. I needed to see the world with my own eyes. And that’s how I found yoga has all the answers of my internal questions because yoga means the union of your mind body and soul. It connects your inner world with the outer world and make a superb balance between the both so can understand that there is something within you which is unstoppable.

What I found really fascinating about yoga is that it works not just your physical aspect but also your mental and spiritual aspects. It works for your overall well-being.

After the intense involvement in yoga for 2 years , I feel so blessed that I have never felt since the last decade of my life.

Now no problem is bigger than my will. 70 percent of my issues related to my physical health have gone vanished without the hardcore exercise and any kind of medicine over the past couple of years.

I am experiencing a different kind of mental calmness and personal satisfaction which has given me a new life in the same old body.

I would like to suggest 3 things to all of my readers for 21 days and feel the difference between the old you and new you.

  1. Perform Surya namaskar (12 asanas)
  2. Meditation
  3. Pranayama ( Nadi shodhan )
( Surya namaskar )Took from YouTube channel ” Mind body soul “
Meditation ( Isha kriya ) by sadguru
Nadi shodhan pranayama by isha yoga instructor

So you can start experiencing your internal journey through yoga from these basics and find a new you. Just start your day with these 3 activities very first in the morning for 21 days and believe me it will make you better calmer and stronger than ever before.

Tell me about your experiences through email or comments if you found something helpful.
